One Space for Heat and Cold

The Sauna Plus with Barrel Cold Plunge is designed for people who want the convenience of a complete contrast-therapy environment in one structure.

Instead of locating your sauna and plunge in separate areas, this configuration brings both together beneath one roof. Enjoy the deep heat of the sauna, step directly into the dedicated plunge room, and transition into cold recovery without crossing the yard or returning indoors.

The barrel-style plunge adds a more upright, immersive cold-water experience while preserving valuable floor space within the suite.

Spacious Traditional Sauna

The sauna comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people, making the space suitable for families, shared wellness routines, entertaining, and larger outdoor recovery environments.

Inside, tongue-and-groove cedar surrounds the walls and ceiling, creating the warmth and atmosphere associated with traditional sauna bathing.

A HUUM Steel electric sauna heater or equivalent provides the high-temperature, sauna-stone heat expected from a traditional sauna experience.

Because this is a larger Plus configuration, an upsized heater may be available depending on the final floor plan and project requirements.

Dedicated Barrel Cold Plunge Room

The separate plunge room is designed around regular cold-water use.

Black rolled rubber flooring provides added grip and comfort underfoot, while the waterproof floor system and integrated drainage help support the wet environment associated with plunge use.

The barrel-style plunge creates a deeper, more compact cold-water experience and gives this configuration a distinctly different feel from a conventional horizontal plunge setup.

Plumbing connections and other plunge-related components are incorporated according to the final project configuration.

Engineered From the Ground Up

The Sauna Plus with Barrel Cold Plunge is constructed as a substantial outdoor wellness structure rather than a lightweight prefab sauna cabin.

The floor system begins with pressure-treated solid-wood joists set 24 inches on center. A 3/4-inch tongue-and-groove OSB underlayment is glued and nailed into place, followed by a waterproof sealed floor and integrated drain.

Walls are framed with 2 × 4 lumber and include full sheathing, exterior 7/16-inch OSB, double top plates, and reinforcement blocking where required.

Solid-wood rafters support an OSB roof deck designed to a 30 lb. per square foot live-load standard, with an available upgrade for properties in higher-snow regions.

Built for Outdoor Use

Standard construction includes:

• R-13 fiberglass batt insulation in the walls

Inside the Wellness Suite

The sauna interior is finished with tongue-and-groove cedar across the walls and ceiling, complemented by cedar trim and sealed wood-tile flooring.

Interior details include:

• 1.5-inch cedar door casing

• 3-inch cedar baseboard

• Low-VOC paint or sealer

• Recessed 6-inch canless LED disk lights in black or white

• Standard robe hooks

Available upgrades may include:

• Dimmable LED tape accent lighting

The plunge area uses black rolled rubber flooring for added grip and comfort in a water-oriented space.

Depending on the final configuration and selected options, available systems include:

Make It Your Own

Every Sweaty Yeti Sauna Plus with Barrel Cold Plunge is custom built, allowing the final project to reflect your property, climate, preferred materials, and wellness routine.

Available upgrades may include exterior finishes, roofing materials, lighting, climate-control equipment, shower components, windows, doors, plumbing features, and other floor-plan-specific options.

Because configurations vary, final specifications, selected upgrades, included equipment, and site requirements are confirmed for each project and documented as part of the purchase contract.

Delivery & Site Preparation

The $55,200 starting price includes delivery within Sweaty Yeti's stated 250-mile delivery area. On-site installation equipment rentals are not included.

Because this is a large, custom-built structure, site preparation, delivery access, placement requirements, utilities, and any costs associated with locations outside the included delivery area should be reviewed before ordering.
