Shipping Policy — Havenscape Outdoors

1. Overview At Havenscape Outdoors, we specialize in delivering premium, large-format luxury products across the United States. Due to the size and weight of our items, all shipments are handled via freight carriers with specialized handling.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
3. Freight Shipping All products — including infrared and traditional saunas, spas and hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, golf gear and equipment, indoor and outdoor sectional sofas, and all other large-format items in our catalog — are shipped via freight (LTL or full truckload) due to their size and weight. Standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are not used for these items.
4. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated per order based on your delivery destination. All rates are flat per-order rates regardless of item count.

Tier 3 — $3,000 Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont

5. Processing & Lead Times
- Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Freight delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location and product availability.
- Total estimated delivery time is 8–17 business days from order placement.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
- Custom or special-order items may have extended lead times; you will be notified at the time of order.
6. Delivery Process
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and freight carrier contact information via email.
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access (driveway clearance, gate access, etc.) for freight delivery vehicles.
7. Receiving Your Order
- Inspect your delivery carefully before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- If damage is found, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com.
- Signing without noting damage may limit your ability to file a freight claim.
8. Risk of Loss Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup from our fulfillment location. Havenscape Outdoors is not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit once the shipment has been picked up by the freight carrier.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost, contact us at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
