  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

  • Custom or special-order items may require a deposit and have extended lead times.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approved financing.
  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Havenscape Outdoors reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All large-format items (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, golf simulators, and outdoor furniture) ship via freight carrier.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • All freight deliveries are curbside. Customers are responsible for moving items from the delivery point to their desired location.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Warranty Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Havenscape Outdoors does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Havenscape Outdoors will assist customers in initiating warranty claims where possible. Please refer to your product documentation or contact us for warranty claim assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability Havenscape Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Intellectual Property All content on havenscapeoutdoors.com — including images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Havenscape Outdoors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
