Cancellation Policy — Havenscape Outdoors

At Havenscape Outdoors, we understand that circumstances change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order, as our products are large-format, made-to-order, or freight-shipped luxury items that require significant coordination to fulfill.

1. Order Cancellations Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a restocking or processing fee of up to 15% of the order total, depending on the product and supplier.
  • After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return and refund information.

2. Custom & Special Orders Products that are custom-configured, special-ordered, or built-to-spec are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed and submitted to the manufacturer. This includes custom sauna configurations, bespoke hot tub finishes, and tailored outdoor furniture configurations.

3. Freight Delivery Rescheduling Because our products are large-format luxury items shipped via specialized freight carriers, delivery appointments are tightly coordinated. If you need to reschedule a confirmed freight delivery appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice to avoid carrier storage fees or redelivery charges.

4. How to Request a Cancellation To request a cancellation, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for cancellation
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, store credit, or reschedule)

We aim to respond to all cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
