Returns & Refund Policy — Havenscape Outdoors

Overview At Havenscape Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Due to the nature of our large-format luxury items — outdoor saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, golf gears/equipment, and outdoor furniture — our return policy is structured to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
  • Items must be in original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Items showing signs of installation, use, or damage are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com or through our Contact page within the return window. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return freight costs.
  • Havenscape Outdoors will cover return shipping costs — including a prepaid return label — for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a freight carrier with tracking and insurance for all returns.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, document it with photos immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase once approved, then place a new order for the replacement item.

Warranty All products come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to your product documentation or contact us directly for warranty claim assistance.
