Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Freight delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How are large items like saunas and hot tubs shipped?

Oversized items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) or full truckload freight carriers. Your item will be delivered curbside or to your garage — please ensure there is adequate access for a freight truck at your delivery address.

Will my order arrive assembled?

Products are shipped directly to you and may require assembly upon arrival. Each product includes detailed setup instructions. Assembly complexity varies by product — please refer to the individual product page for specifics.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect your item for any visible damage. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com or call +1 (833) 906-7733. Do not refuse the delivery — simply document the damage.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Due to the size and weight of our products, expedited freight options are not available at this time. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Financing options may be available through Shop Pay Installments — select at checkout to see if you qualify.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on your order total and location.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full payment details.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the size and nature of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please review our full Returns & Warranty Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Document any damage at the time of delivery and contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Are your products suitable for outdoor use year-round?

Yes — our outdoor products are designed and rated for year-round use in most US climates. Please refer to individual product specifications for temperature ratings and weatherproofing details.

Do I need an electrician for products like saunas or hot tubs?

Some products, such as infrared saunas and hot tubs, may require a dedicated electrical circuit. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician before setup. Electrical requirements are listed on each product page.

Can I see the products in person before buying?

We are a direct-to-consumer online retailer and do not have a physical showroom at this time.
