Step from the fitness area into a warm sauna interior surrounded by tongue-and-groove cedar walls and ceiling.

The sauna is heated by a HUUM Steel electric sauna heater or equivalent, delivering the high-temperature, stone-based heat associated with traditional sauna bathing.

Final heater specifications are determined according to the selected configuration.

Engineered as an Outdoor Wellness Room

The Sauna Fit is constructed as a substantial outdoor structure rather than a lightweight sauna cabin.

The floor system begins with pressure-treated solid-wood joists set 24 inches on center. A 3/4-inch tongue-and-groove OSB underlayment is glued and nailed into place, followed by a waterproof sealed floor and integrated drain.

Walls are framed with 2 × 4 lumber and include full sheathing, exterior 7/16-inch OSB, double top plates, and reinforcement blocking where required.

Solid-wood rafters support an OSB roof deck designed to a 30 lb. per square foot live-load standard, with an available upgrade for properties requiring greater snow-load capacity.

The insulated shell includes:

• R-30 insulation in the ceiling
