Returns
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our team at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and freight pickup coordination.
Return Shipping Costs
Due to the size and weight of our products, return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or assembled
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Custom or special-order products
Warranty
All Havenscape Outdoors products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. General coverage includes:
- Infrared Saunas: Typically 1–5 years on structure, heaters, and electrical components (varies by model)
- Cold Plunge Tubs: Typically 1–2 years on chilling unit and shell
- Hot Tubs & Spas: Typically 1–5 years on shell, jets, and equipment (varies by model)
- Golf Gears: Typically 1–2 years on launch monitor and electronics
- Outdoor Furniture: Typically 1 year on materials and craftsmanship
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at statusstyle@havenscapeoutdoors.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defect
We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether through repair, replacement parts, or product replacement.
