Built entirely from commercial-grade #304 stainless steel, the Summerset Quest 36" is powered by 18,000 BTU #304 SS U-tube burners that deliver powerful, even heat across the full 36" cooking surface. 8mm square stainless steel cooking grates produce bold, defined sear marks with exceptional heat retention, while the easy-clean briquette system vaporizes drippings for enhanced, smoke-kissed flavor and effortless post-cook cleanup. The 13,000 BTU angled infrared back burner pairs with the included rotisserie kit for slow-roasted whole birds, prime rib, and leg of lamb — all executed with precision.
